Netflix’s “Insatiable” Season 2 Filmed in Atlanta Elementary School

Netflix’s “Insatiable” is filmed in Atlanta on Monday and Wednesday at the former Capitol View Elementary School building. In connection with the film show the Lynnhaven Drive will remain closed between Charlton Place and Metropolitan Parkway and consequently, those who travel in this route have to take alternate routes.

However, there will be no information regarding the exact time of traffic closure. Off-duty police officer will help with traffic. The “Insatiable” second season is all about a bullied teen-aged girl who met with a freak accident and as a result, loses her weight. The girl wants to take revenge on the bullies. There are complaints that the film stigmatizes obesity. Netflix issues a letter to the residents about the film show. In the letter, they promise that their cast and crew members are committed to treating the area with respect. 

Dallas Roberts has played the role of Bob Armstrong, the civil lawyer-turned-beauty-pageant coach. He is a disgraced attorney and he sees the potential of Patty and brings her under his control. First, Patty is his legal client and subsequently a pageant contestant whom Bob coaches to reach the level of the top pageant queen in the country. Tammy Smith is also appearing in the upcoming second season of “Insatiable”.
