Three years after the initial store opened in Atlanta, Midtown will be housing the largest Whole Foods. This is the 500th location of the Whole Foods Market and it is also the 70, 000 square-foot new flagship, multi-level store in Midtown Atlanta, located at 22 on the 14th street NW. The 70,000 square foot store will include a cooking school, a rooftop terrace, microbrewery, a pub, yoga programming and movie nights.
The opening day celebrations will be kicking off at 6:30 am and there will be free coffee from a local supplier, live music, and pastries. In fact, Whole Foods Market Midtown features fast-casual four different eateries on all the four floors; this includes a rooftop bar featuring skyline views. There will be exclusive food menus and locally sourced curated sections of beer and wine.
Customers get in line as the first 500 customers will be given a token at 7am on opening and this token will be valid for one canvas tote bag of Whole Foods Market Midtown with their purchase. Adding to this on weekends, Saturday and Sunday, 150 customers arriving first in line will receive gift cars worth $5 to $100. On the opening day there will be live music, giveaways, product samplings, events, and more.
